Come early, stay late, and celebrate the whole weekend with us.
Lawn games like cornhole, drinks, and a country band to kick off the weekend. Play if you want to, or relax if you don't. Come as you are.
A casual dinner on the sand as the sun goes down.
Last songs and an easy evening. Rest up for the big day.
Arrive and enjoy a cocktail by the water before the ceremony. You'll be seated by 4:45 PM.

Getting In
Our wedding is private and by invitation only, so the location is shared only with our guests. Getting there is on us. We provide ground transportation for every guest, so just hop in and leave the driving to us.

Travel & Stay
These hotels are our pickup points. Choose the one that suits you best, and we'll take care of getting everyone to the celebration and back. Nightly rates are estimates, so please confirm the current price when you book.
In the heart of it, about 30 minutes away. Near the bay, dining, and plenty to do. A step up in style if you want to make a weekend of it.
Closest to us, about 20 minutes away. The shortest drive to the celebration and our most budget-friendly options. Best if you want to keep it simple and stay close.
Fly in and settle, about 35 minutes away. Right by Sarasota-Bradenton International (SRQ). The easiest option if you're flying, with no need to Uber or drive around.
Rental homes on Siesta Key, close to the celebration. We've partnered with iTrip for a special rate on rental homes. Give them a call, and their team will take care of everything for your stay.

We provide ground transportation for each area, in and back out, so getting there is on us. Just make your way to your hotel for pickup. Staying somewhere else? We'll be in touch with your arrival details closer to the day.

About a week before the wedding, we'll text you your exact pickup time and everything else you'll need.
Prefer to come on your own? Take an Uber to [ community entrance ], and our team will meet you at the gate and bring you in. The wedding itself stays private, so this is the spot to head for.
Fly into Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ), about 35 minutes from the celebration. Tampa International (TPA) is about an hour and 45 minutes away, and Orlando International (MCO) is about two hours. November on the Key is kind, typically 75° and sunny. Plan to arrive Thursday, November 5, and depart Sunday, November 8.
Dress Code
We're on the sand the whole weekend, so please dress to be comfortable. Coastal and easy, nothing stiff. Two days, two looks.
Relaxed and easy. Linen, jeans, khakis, sundresses. Bring your boots.
Ladies, no solid white dresses. We're saving that for the bride.
Jackets, no ties. Linen, khakis, and light suits. Dresses you can move in, and shoes that love the sand.
Comfortable beats perfect. It's all on the beach.
These are ideas, not rules. Anything in these colors will be perfect.
